Fuel Pressure Regulator

This adjustable regulator fits most EFI systems and works with gasoline and E85. When installing, use thread sealant tape on the NPT pressure gauge port for a secure fit.

- [Wider Adjustable Pressure Range] 20-120psi pressure adjustment range. After reaching 75psi, the spring needs to be replaced to regulate a higher pressure.
- [Medium] bypass fuel pressure regulator compatible with gasoline,E85 and alcohol/ethanol, not compatible with diesel fuel. (Nylon braided fuel line is not compatible with E85.)

Installation
Prepare for disassembly before installation:
1.Cool the engine, disconnect the negative battery cable, and relieve fuel system pressure.
2. Remove the air intake ducting from the throttle body.
3. Clean any dirt around the fuel injectors.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors at each injector.
5. Disconnect the supply and return fuel lines from the fuel rails using a special tool, and use towels to catch any fuel.
6. Label and disconnect any interfering electrical wiring, vacuum lines, and throttle body components.
7. Remove the 4 bolts attaching the fuel rail to the intake manifold.
8. Use towels to catch any spilled fuel, then gently remove the injectors and fuel rail assembly.Next you can start assembling the Return-Style Fuel System Kit.

Don’t be fooled by other cheap Chinese hose lines. These EVIL fuel lines comp in nice professional packaging and have the hose ends taped off to prevent splaying. I have purchased other 6an hoses before and they were much unnecessarily fatter inside the steel sleeve. The ID bore is also more consistent than cheap Chinese alternatives on Amazon.
